Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is the Yoga of Awareness. It is the householder’s yoga meant for people who are active in the world.

Kundalini Yoga gives you tools to expedite your spiritual growth and healing. Practicing Kundalini Yoga gives you an experience beyond the limits of time and space—an experience of the depth of your soul and true identity.

Kundalini Yoga develops the power of the intuitive mind via your Pineal Gland. As you develop your internal guidance system, you can use it as a touchstone when faced with the decisions, questions, and choices life brings you.

Kundalini Yoga is known for it’s sacred chant music and melodic Mantras. Sacred sound, or Naad Yoga, is based on the experience of how sound vibrations affect the body, mind, and spirit through the movement of the tongue, the mouth, and changes in the chemicals in the brain.

The practice of Kundalini Yoga takes you out of the cycle of karma. Your positive intention to grow and put yourself through Kundalini kriyas (exercises) burns off karma. A rigorous prepatory practice is undertaken to rid the body of toxic energy. 45 minutes of kriyas and meditation is undertaken to attract financial abundance. The session ends with an “imagineering” process that involves shavasana to help in visualization of one’s goals and sharpen one’s intuition.


Here one begins with opening the lower and upper chakras. It is followed by a detoxification of the lymphatic and endocrine system. Specific Kundalini vinyasas and kriyas for Youth and Vitality are practiced. It also includes Shavasana and chanting.


This session involves a selection of Asanas to balance emotional and physical bodies, and bless ourselves with love and compassion. It is followed by Kriyas specifically designed to attract financial abundance. It also includes a Yoga Nidra meditation to manifest positivity into one’s life.



About Avril

Avril Quadros is the founder of Avrils’ Qs, a wellness company focused on helping people live their best life! Through a combination of “Energy Centric Techniques” Avril helps individuals re-enigneer their lives.

Avril has learnt under great masters who have mentored and trained her in various energy healing techniques such as Kundalini Yoga, Emotional Freedom Technique and Law of Attraction. Some of her mentors include Bob Proctor and Tony Robbins.

Avril has trained in Kundalini Yoga from the school of Yogi Bhajan, the foremost Guru/Teacher of this form of yoga. She has been a practicing Kundalini Yogi for many years, and she is now bringing her knowledge and expertise to us through Avrils’ Qs. Avril conducts workshops regularly on Kundalini Yoga under the brand Avrils’ Qs and in association with other organizations in the health and fitness space. She also gives talks and conduct seminars on how to use one’s Energy to live a better and more fulfilling life.

Avril is also a well known singer having performed at various shows in India and abroad. She has also collaborated with Subhash Ghai on a Bollywood film and has been the lead vocalist for one of Bangalore’s foremost rock bands “Gangamma’s Pleasure”
