WEEK 1 : 3 CLASSES

Class 1

  • What is Kundalini / My Kundalini Lineage 

  • Basics Of every Kundalini Yoga class

  • 20 min Kundalini Basic practice for Physical strength and vigour and 5 min meditation for “self Appreciation”

Class 2

  • 40 min Kundalini Basic Practice for Physical strength and vigour  

  • 10 min Meditation for “self appreciation”  

  • Kundalini + element - Law of Attraction

Class 3

  • 40 min Kundalini Basic Practice for Physical strength and vigour and 

  • 10 min Meditation for “self appreciation “

WEEK 2 : 3 CLASSES

  • All 3 classes this week will focus on Mental Stress and Enhancing your mood. Your mood is controlled by your emotions and your emotions are controlled by the Endocrine system. So we will start the level 1 practice dealing with the emotions and stress and how to control and clear the same. 

  • Meditation will be on “mental focus and clarity”

  • Kundalini + element - Law of Attraction - Q n A

    WEEK 3 : 3 CLASSES

  • All 3 classes this week will focus on Metabolism and revving it up! The metabolism is controlled by the Thyroid, Pituitary and Hypothalamus glands so we will work with “specific set of kriyas” on these glands to increase your metabolism and burn fat .

  • Meditation will be on balancing left and right brain

  • Kundalini + element - Emotional Freedom Technique 

  • Last class this week will be Q n A

    WEEK 4 : 3 CLASSES

  • All 3 classes this week will focus on Digestion and Elimination. Sluggish digestion is due to poor flora in the colon and the low production of Hydrochloric acid in the stomach. The kriyas for digestion are challenging however extremely effective for dis orders like Flatulence, IBS, constipation etc.

  • Meditation will be on balancing left and right brain

  • Kundalini + element - Emotional Freedom Technique and Law of Attraction.

  • EFT  working on any 6 Students issues. 2 per class.

DETAILED Class OUTLINE

WEEK 1 : 3 CLASSES

All 3 classes this week will focus on the 

1.Thyroid and parathyroid activation. 

2.The Activation of the pineal and pituitary glands; and

 3.Releasing stress hormones from the adrenal glands.

  • Stress makes you fat, moody, sluggish, anxious, sad and angry. So it needs to be regularly detoxified from our systems.

  • The meditations this week will be for increasing your power of Intuition and how to open yourself to receiving guidance from the Universe.

  • Kundalini + element - Affirmations

WEEK 2 : 3 CLASSES

All 3 classes this week will focus on  

  1. Drainage of the Lymphatic system. Fat and toxins can only be drained through this system and for most people, the lymphatics are working very poorly. These Kriyas will slowly fix this. 

  2. Sweating out toxins out of the body through moderate to intense physical Kriyas

  3. Using your lungs to detox and to improve circulation. We will use different pranayama techniques in this class.

    • Kundalini + element - Students can give me their Affirmations and I can show them how to “make effective” affirmations.

      WEEK 3 : 3 CLASSES

      All 3 classes this week will focus on the following

    • Magnificent 9 - The 9 kriyas that every student “must” practice daily and A “Kundalini Agni flow” forPower and stamina. These are a specific set of kriyas every student MUST know and are especially helpful while traveling or if you have less time. 

    • The meditations this week will be self healing through visualizations

    • Kundalini + element - Time based Affirmations

      WEEK 4 : 3 CLASSES

      This week in the 3 classes we will focus on 

    • Releasing fear and stress from the kidneys. The kidneys are an organ of detoxification like the liver. They also hold a lot of fear which most of us have. We will learn how to overcome fear and detoxify toxins from the kidneys. 

    • Taking stress away form all 10 bodies. 

    • Release anger from the liver. Releasing toxins from the liver especially for people who consume alcohol. 

    • The meditations will be on Self belief and Non judgment.

    • Kundalini + element - Imagineering for all 3 classes

WEEK 1 : 3 CLASSES

This week we will focus on

  • Youth and Vitality 

  • Kriyas for Cellular re generation 

  • Production of Collagen  

The whole week focusses on “Beauty and youth”. Beauty is now become a bench mark of some kind in society, however products only give us surface and temporary beauty. For lasting youth and beauty, you need to cleanse from within by working on certain systems and doing focussed Visualizations. 

  • Meditations are “visualizations on the “NEW ME”

  • Kundalini + element - Affirmations for the NEW ME

    WEEK 2 : 3 CLASSES

    This week we will focus on

  • Addictions to food, alcohol, cigarettes or sex. Addictive behavior is in the sub conscious mind and the near pathways of the brain. We need to “break” these habitual patterns through deep meditations 

  • Kriyas to cleanse out the toxins produced by these addictions

  • Meditations - Kirtan Kriya

  • Kundalini + element - Emotional Freedom Technique for addictions

    WEEK 3 : 3 CLASSES

    Day 1

  • Re setting the spine for vitality and suppleness: The suppleness of your spine will dictate your physical health in all aspects so we will learn how to gently energise our spine.

  • Inner vitality and stamina: Inner vitality or life force vitality is the “essence” of our existence and if it fades, a human being dies. We will learn how to intentionally extend our life span with stamina and good health. 

    Day 2

  • Re balancing the 10 bodies for “optimum health and wellness” in every area of life.

    We have 10 bodies not just a physical body
