Kundalini Yoga is one of the oldest forms of Yoga. It’s focus is on the activation of Kundalini Shakti - a powerful Life Force Energy - that exists in each and every one of us. Unlike other forms of yoga, Kundalini Yoga works on the body, mind and soul simultaneously.
Avril Quadros has been a practitioner of Kundalini Yoga for the last 5 years. She started off her journey with yoga 18 years ago, but it was when she was going through a fairly serious problem with her health that she stumbled upon Kundalini Yoga. Since then she has made Kundalini Yoga her vocation.
Through her wellness company Avrils’ Qs’, she wants to make Kundalini Yoga as popular as other forms of yoga

We understand that starting off any new practice of yoga - whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner - requires guidance from an experienced teacher.
At Avrils’ Qs’ we initiate our students into Kundalini Yoga in the following way:
2 HOUR WORKSHOP ON KUNDALINI YOGA
All new entrants to Kundalini Yoga with Avrils’ Qs’ attend an introductory workshop for 2 hours on a Saturday either at Koramangala or Church Street.
The objective of the workshop is to introduce participants to
The Basic Pillars of Kundalini Yoga
Take them through a mini metabolic routine using Kundalini Yoga
Show them how to achieve instant energy with Kundalini Yoga
Demonstrate how to achieve calmness and focus through Kundalini Yoga
start regular practice of kundalini yoga for 3 hours/week
After the introductory workshop, you can start regular practice of Kundalini Yoga 3 times a week under a program curated by Avrils’ Qs’ called Kundalini Plus.
