Welcome to yet another edition of the Kundalini Trilogy Series. We have just ended the holiday season which as we all know is about family, festivities, food and drink. Let’s face it what is Christmas and New Year without some OVERINDULGENCE.
But where does all this leave us, and our bodies? Some of the common outcomes are bloating caused by liver and intestine inflammation, brain fog, lack of sleep and fatigue. Add to this weight gain and the ever present feeling of “guilt and regret” for having indulged more than one should have!
But it’s time to LET THAT GO AND LOOK FORWARD TO NEW BEGINNINGS. There is a lot to be achieved in 2019. So, the best and most validated way to get out of this funk is to go through an intensive Kundalini Yoga session to snap out of any inertia and get your body, mind and soul back to being balanced!
